Alexia (Lexi ) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering telehealth counseling to individuals in Montana, Oregon, Idaho, Arizona and Washington. Her practice is rooted in compassionate, client-centered care with an emphasis on neurodivergent-affirming and trauma-informed approaches.
Fireweed & Fern reflects Lexi’s philosophy that therapy embodies both sides of healing: the resilience that allows us to begin again, and the steady wisdom that helps us grow in grounded, lasting ways.
Lexi’s path into this work grew from a lifelong curiosity about how people find strength in struggle. Over the years, she has walked alongside clients across varying settings of mental health care supporting individuals facing challenges with disordered eating /body image distress, substance use, trauma, anxiety, and depression.
Her therapeutic style is compassionate and collaborative. She offers a structured yet flexible approach to help clients build self-trust, reconnect with their bodies, improve relationships, and foster a more peaceful relationship with food and movement—supporting and walking alongside them as they discover their fullest, most authentic expression.

Clinical Approach
Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Family-Based Treatment (FBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Lexi tailors her approach to each person’s unique needs. Her work centers on trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming care, grounded in the belief that healing unfolds when people feel safe, understood, and empowered to grow at their own pace.
At Fireweed & Fern health isn’t defined by a number or a size—it’s about how you feel, how you care for yourself, and what helps you thrive. Lexi's clinical approach is grounded in weight-inclusive care and the principles of Health at Every Size (HAES)® , focusing on building sustainable, realistic habits that support your overall well-being. Here is a place to explore ways to move, eat, and live that feel good to you. This is a space where all bodies are respected, where curiosity replaces judgment, and where your individual story guides the process.
Lexi holds a strong commitment to providing affirming care for LGBTQIA+ individuals. Honoring and celebrating the full spectrum of identity, expression, and experience in a space that feels safe, inclusive, and supportive for people along their journey of self-understanding, healing and growth.
